Great Phillies win!

April 29, 2011

I didn’t see the game, but apparently I missed a great game!  I only missed it to attend a Lewis Black show.  Anybody a fan of his?

Quiet day for Philly sports

April 28, 2011

Well, Phillies were off, Flyers start Saturday, and Sixers are done.  So good night to watch the Office with Steve Carrell’s last episode! Any Office fans out there?

Big Flyers win!

April 27, 2011

Well, Flyers survived to round 2, who do people wanna see them play? I want the Bruins, rematch of last year!  Phillies trying to avoid the sweep today, Oswalt left team to be with his family. Is anyone concerned about when he will return?

Flyers Game 7 tonight!

April 26, 2011

Due or die tonight for the Flyers! Game 7 on home ice!

Phils move on to Arizona

April 25, 2011

What a amazing 4 game sweep of the Padres! I don’t care that Padres have a terrible offense, we still shut em down for 4 games! On to Arizona now for 3, then back home for awhile vs.  the Mets,  Jayson Werth’s Nationals, followed by the Braves.

Does anyone wanna go to Werth’s 1st game here? I have up to 4 tickets, and because I’m so sure we’ll beat the stinkin Nationals, I will even give you 15% of your m0ney back if we lose!  Any interest contact me at

Sixers win!!

April 24, 2011

Huge win by the Sixers to avoid elimination by the Heat.  It’s ashame the Flyers won’t be so lucky, already down 2-0 early in the game!

Great Phillies win, tough Flyers loss

April 23, 2011

Another great outing by the Phillies pitching staff at they once again shutout the Padres.  This time it was Cole Hamels dealing the nasty stuff.

Flyers made a great comeback down 3-0, but still fell in OT to Buffalo, and are now facing elimination in Game 6.

Sixers in trouble, great Phillies win

April 22, 2011

Well, Sixers lost to Heat, now down 3-0 and likely to get swept!  Big win by Phillies to start their West Coast trip in SD, solid outing by Roy Oswalt. I was concerned after he hurt his back in his last start.  Big game tonight for Flyers, series tied 2-2!

tough Flyers loss

April 21, 2011

Well Flyers played hard, but Ryan Miller was unstoppable for the Sabres.  It’s now a best of 3 with Game 5 in Philly!  If you’re looking for more Philly sports talk in addition to my blog, check out

An ugly win

April 20, 2011

Well the offense looked shaky, as did Cliff Lee, but Hr’s by Polanco and Victorino were enough to avoid a sweep from the Brewers.  Check out my poll to share your thought on the Phillies Offense!
